refund policy

  1.  For coaching and digital download products, or any bundle or course that contains a coaching or digital download product, we have a no refund policy.

  2.  If you are not satisfied with our online course that does not contain a coaching or digital download product, you may request a refund within 30 days of purchase.

  3.  To request a refund, please email our customer support team at info@pankajchandhok.com with your order details, including the date of purchase and the name of the course.

  4.  Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of receiving your request.

  5.  Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. All remittance charges will be borne by the customer.

  6.  After a refund has been processed, access to the course will be revoked.

  7.  Please note that if you have completed more than 25% of the course content, you will not be eligible for a refund.
